Our team will conduct a comprehensive assessment of treatment needs before we discuss a treatment plan. We provide substitute medication, such as methadone and buprenorphine, talking therapies, psychiatric assessments, assessments for residential detox and rehabilitation, testing and vaccinaiton for hepatitis as well as general support and advice.
Our service is for people who are concerned about their use of drugs. If you tell us about the things that are really important to you they will be written into your care plan. We are interested in all aspects of your care, including your educational, employment and physical health needs, and will proactively work with you to improve your quality of life.
This question is for testing whether or not you are a human visitor and to prevent automated spam submissions. The service will see people in need of urgent care so that they do not have to go to a hospital emergency department unless they have an urgent medical need.
Emergency departments are under unprecedented pressure due to COVID — the illness caused by coronavirus. If service users attend the hour Mental Health Crisis Assessment Service in person we will see you but we urge you to contact the crisis line in advance for advice to ensure you are only leaving home when absolutely necessary.
